Every project German LLC builds starts with a layout, and most Phoenix backyards go wrong at exactly that step — a patio too small for the table, turf where the afternoon sun bakes it, a BBQ island with nowhere to stand. We walk the property with you, take measurements, and work out where the patio, turf, walls, shade, planting beds and lighting actually belong given your sun, grade, drainage and how you plan to use the space. You leave with a clear plan and an itemized price, and you can build it all at once or in phases as budget allows.

On-Site Walkthrough
We measure the yard, note sun, grade and drainage, and talk through how you actually want to use it.
Layout & Materials
We lay out patio, turf, wall and planting areas and go through material and pattern options with you.
Free Written Estimate
You get an itemized price for the whole plan, broken into phases if you would rather build it in stages.
Build It
The same crew that planned it does the work — no handoff between a designer and an unknown installer.
